Turn a document request into an ordered pack
Document requests often arrive as an email, PDF checklist or plain-text list, while the supplied files arrive together in a ZIP with inconsistent names. Document Sorter gives that work a clear sequence. Choose the ZIP, add a PDF or text reference containing the requested documents, and review the extracted list in the order it should be delivered. You can also type or correct one requirement per line before any sorting begins.
Matching happens in your browser
The archive and reference are read on your device. The sorter can compare requested items with filenames and searchable document text. Optional local OCR can help with scanned PDFs and images, but it is slower and recognition can be imperfect. The ZIP bytes, extracted text, requirement list and match results are not sent to InYourTab, an external AI model or analytics.
Review matches before relying on the order
A likely match is not proof that a document is the correct, current or complete record. Similar filenames, duplicate copies, vague checklist wording and documents that satisfy more than one request can create uncertainty. The results should distinguish matched, unmatched and ambiguous items so you can inspect the source files and correct the requested order before using the output.
Create a sorted ZIP and a review report
After review, the browser can create an ordered ZIP and a companion report describing which requested items were matched, which need attention and which source files were not used. The original archive is never rewritten. Downloaded results remain on your device, and you decide where they are stored or shared.
Limits to understand
Document Sorter cannot authenticate identities, signatures or versions, decide whether a submission meets a legal or regulatory requirement, or infer a missing document with certainty. Password-protected or damaged archives, nested ZIP files, encrypted PDFs, handwriting, poor scans and unusual file types may not be readable. Large archives can also exceed the memory available to a mobile browser. Always keep the original ZIP and verify important results manually.
