Helpful information
Share the page URL, browser name, device type, safe error code and non-sensitive steps that reproduce the problem. Do not include a filename if it contains a person's name or other sensitive information.
Response expectations
We aim to review ordinary support requests within five business days. Security reports are prioritised. PDF Guard cannot retrieve a working document because the browser does not upload it.
